It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas.

Hello!

It’s here… It’s finally here. IT’S BASICALLY CHRISTMAS! No. I’m kidding. On a serious note though, it really has been feeling like Christmas. When I say Christmas, I mean everyone being in the Christmas spirit. Usually, the Christmas spirit begins on the 1st December and I accept that. This is a completely different story. The Christmas spirit is definitely here already and it’s only November 25th. The last few weeks have been very busy for me as I have had a lot of uni work to keep up with as well as working which is why I have not noticed all the Christmassy things around me.

Today, I went out which really surprised me…not going out LOL, but how Christmassy Winchester high street is and how everyone around me was in the Christmas spirit. There are a lot of Christmassy stalls, Christmas Markets and plenty of Christmas decorations and lights in shops and in the high street. It is just so beautiful. I can’t believe I have only just seen it all. I genuinely really do feel Christmassy and I am definitely in the Christmas spirit. This can only mean one thing…It’s time to go Christmas shopping, time to buy a Christmas tree, time for Christmas food, time for Christmas movies and time for lots of love and happiness.

The lead up to Christmas starts on 1st December and that’s when I have something very exciting happening on my blog. This year I have persuaded myself to participate in Blogmas. Blogmas is quite obvious, but if you don’t know, it’s basically an event for bloggers which requires them to post on their blogs every day of December up to Christmas. As you know, I am not a daily or full-time blogger, so this is definitely going to be a struggle for me. I will try my absolute best. I have only planned a few posts that I want to publish as well as certain things that I want to talk about. However, if you have any topics or ideas of what I should post about, please comment below. I want to start writing about things that my readers are interested in and what they want to know about me. My Blogmas posts will be published every day at 8pm to give me plenty of time to write a post, perhaps after work or uni.

I am looking forward to the start of December as it means I can officially start writing about everything Christmassy! If you are doing Blogmas, please let me know in the comments as I would love to do some collaborations. The next post that will be published on my blog will be the very start of Blogmas next Saturday!

Remember that I have also got a ‘Meet the Blogger’ series which involves me introducing a new blogger every Friday at 6PM. If you would like to participate, just drop me an email, message me on my socials or just comment down below. This will, of course, continue through to 2019 as I have had a very high response rate.

This post was more of a chatty one to inform you of the upcoming posts and things that I will be doing on here. I hope you have a great week ahead of you.

P.S. Don’t forget to get an advent calendar…

If you aren’t into the chocolate or beauty advent calendars then mine is perfect! Every day at 8PM a brand new post will be available for you to have a read from 1st to 25th December.

Merry Christmas X

  1. I wish I could see how Christmassy everything is around you! I’m in Florida, so it’s overcast right now. People are just putting up their decorations. The Christmas spirit is slow moving here, but I’m feeling it! I’m going to try to do Blogmas this year.

    1. Oh really! It is amazing how the Christmas spirits vary in different places. Where I am from, everyone seems to be ready/prepared for Christmas. Oh YAY! You’re doing Blogmas. I will definitely check out your posts. I hope I will be able to do it. I really want to πŸ™‚

      1. It really is! When I lived in Texas, there were so many more houses that decorated. It’s definitely a different vibe just being in another state. I still have to help my mother decorate, and my friend hasn’t even started yet! Definitely give Blogmas a try!
